1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners:

  • TCS

  • Leopards Courier

  • M&P

  • Trax

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–4 working days

  • All other cities: 3–7 working days

Processing time: 1 business day

During sales or high volume periods, deliveries may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping rate applies: PKR 200–300 depending on city & weight

  • Free shipping offers may apply during promotions

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all orders unless specified on certain products.

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate address

  • Answer courier calls

  • Receive the parcel in a timely manner

Repeated COD refusals may result in blocked future orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email/SMS

  • Tracking number (once shipped)

6. Delivery Issues

Contact us immediately if:

  • Your order is delayed beyond 7 days

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Parcel arrives damaged

  • Items are missing from your package

We will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Lost Packages

If your order is lost due to courier error:

  • We will send a replacement OR issue a refund after verification.
